GVG Requested details from Network Rail on the background to the decision making concerning the Station, particularly the decisions made concerning Platform 0. Having looked at the Documents we have considerable concerns on the Capacity and Resilience of the station for the future.
In particular the Solum development probably has a design life of over 100 years so it should be located to allow potential growth at the station.
This has resulted in GVG writing to Secretary of State Chris Grayling.
